So happy to report that amidst the chaos, tragedy, and disaster that is 2020, there are yet some glimmers of joy! When I first met Shinelle & Jonathan, they had requested a tour of a local apartment for sale. I showed them the unit, but after getting to know their needs and wants, I showed them a charming property, a single family house, that turned out to be a perfect fit. While it's on the small side in its original configuration, there is nice potential to expand in the future. It needs some updating but it could be done little by little.
